I’ve lived in Florida long enough to know that wedding days rarely go the way anyone expects, especially in a place like Westchase where the light changes every five minutes. That’s probably why so many couples reach out to me for wedding photography here. They want someone who knows the area, knows how to work with weird weather, and knows how to photograph real moments without making the whole day feel like a staged photoshoot.
Whenever people ask about my work, I tell them the same thing. I’m not the photographer who barks poses or interrupts every moment. I like being close enough to capture what matters but quiet enough to stay out of the way. Most of the photos people love were never planned, and that’s kind of the point. Westchase has a way of giving you little moments if you’re paying attention.
I photograph weddings, engagements, bridal portraits, all of it. And yes, I cover full wedding days from the early getting-ready moments to the last part of the night when everyone’s tired and laughing in that way people only do at weddings. I’ve been doing wedding photography in Westchase for a long time, and I’ve learned how to read a room and read the light, which is just as important.
